The Employment Opportunity and Training Center (EOTC) sidewalk improvement project on North 7th Avenue in Scranton included the demolition of concrete and bituminous sidewalk.  Wider concrete sidewalks were constructed in their place, along with concrete curbing, ADA-compliant curb ramps, full-depth pavement restoration, and new light pole fixtures.
