This project invoved improvements to the intersection of Lillibridge Street with Main Street in Blakely Borough.  The alignment of Lillibridge Street was corrected to provide a more perpendicular intersection with Main Street, facilitating traffic movements.  The vertical profile of Lillibridge Street was revised to reduce the grade of the intersection approach.  Lane widening also helped to improve traffic flow.  Concrete curbing and new storm sewers were installed to correct stormwater drainage issues.  ADA curb ramps and new sidewalk were installed along Main Street.
