This project on Ash Street in Dupont Borough involved the replacement of a deteriorated steel culvert with a new corrugated metal pipe-arch culvert.  The new culvert incorporated a fabricated bend to improve the alignment of the upstream and downstream ends with the stream.  Additionally, the project involved the installation of storm sewers to improve drainage in the project area.  CNA prepared the project plans, performed a hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the existing and proposed culvert systems, secured the required waterway encroachment permits, assisted the Borough with bidding, and provided construction administration services through project completion.
