Senior Civil Engineer

Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minimum 6 years working experience. Work includes project management, client meetings, representation of project/client at planning/agency meetings, site layout, civil design, preparation/submission of subdivision/land development plans, E&S plan preparation, stormwater management design, stormwater NPDES permitting, PennDOT permitting, roadway layout, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems layout, construction administration, and occasional construction inspection. Familiarity with PA environmental regulations (specifically regarding sewage, wetlands, water obstruction, and stormwater NPDES permitting) required. Candidates should be proficient in use of AutoCAD software for design and preparation of plan drawings; understanding of the Civil 3D package is preferred. Candidates should also be proficient in use of Microsoft Office software for preparing reports and calculations. EIT or PE license is preferred. Engineer in Training
